What This Covers
This policy explains what spacehills-casino.online collects, why we hold it and when it goes away. It applies to this website. Follow a link somewhere else and that site's policy takes over from ours.
What Reaches Us
Things you send. Use the contact form or email us and we receive your name, your address and whatever you wrote.
Things the server records. IP address, browser and version, operating system, the page you arrived from, the pages you opened and the times you opened them. Every web server does this for every visitor.
We never ask for card details and we never ask for identity documents. There is no version of this site that needs either.
Why We Hold It

- To satisfy a legal requirement where one exists
Cookies
A short list. The necessary ones keep basic behaviour working, including which language version you chose. The analytics ones count visits in bulk.
Your browser can block or clear either at any time. Blocking the necessary ones breaks parts of the site. Blocking analytics changes nothing you will see.
Measurement
Aggregate figures tell us how many people arrive, what holds their attention and where they leave. Everything is grouped. We build no advertising profiles and we sell nothing to anyone.
Who Else Sees It
Hosting and analytics providers acting on our instructions, to the extent their service needs. Beyond that, only where a law requires disclosure or where we need to defend a legal position.
We do not sell, rent or swap personal data. There is no small print undoing that sentence.
How Long We Keep It
Messages stay while a conversation is live and for a sensible period after, in case you write again. Server logs rotate quickly. Aggregate statistics carry no personal identifiers and stay indefinitely.
What You Can Ask For
Under the GDPR: access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or an objection to processing altogether. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it whenever you like.
Write to info@spacehills-casino.online. We answer within a month. You can also complain to your national data protection authority, and you do not need our permission to do it.
Keeping It Safe
TLS covers traffic in both directions. Access to the mailbox behind the form is restricted to people who need it. No system is airtight and we will not pretend otherwise, but the measures match the modest amount of data we hold.
Under 18
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly take data from anyone younger. Tell us if you think a minor has written to us and it gets deleted.
Changes
Revisions appear here with a new date at the top. Anything material gets stated plainly rather than buried.
